About Us

The Inter-Collegiate Business Competition (I.C.B.C.) is a student-run organization within the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University. Charged with running the largest international undergraduate case competition at the school, I.C.B.C. is proud to host the most talented students, and to challenge them to develop the skills and knowledge of the leaders of tomorrow.

For both students at Queen’s, and external competitors, I.C.B.C hosts Final Weekend, our keystone event bringing competitors from international backgrounds, and from Canada to the Smith School of Business to challenge themselves with dedicated case streams in their field of interest. In 2026, I.C.B.C. is hosting five major streams for Final Weekend: Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources + Ethics, and Business Policy. More details regarding Final Weekend can be found here.
