I.C.B.C. has always been, and is, a proudly student-run competition. Our Executive Team brings together the best and brightest in the Smith School of Business to help plan all aspects of I.C.B.C.

Gary Zhou is the Operations Director for I.C.B.C. 2026 and is in his 3rd year of the Commerce Program at Queen's University. He was previously the Operations Coordinator for I.C.B.C. 2025 and competitor at Q.C.C. 2024. With a penchant for planning and research, Gary looks forward to helping lead an amazing team and bring the competition to even greater heights.

Ashley is the Alumni Director for ICBC 2026-2027 and is in her third year of the Commerce Program at Queen’s University. She was a Cases Coordinator last year and is looking forward to stepping into this new role. In her second year of Commerce, Ada is thrilled to join ICBC as a Judges & Cases Coordinator. She has long loved competing in case competitions and is excited to help create ICBC’s most fun memorable conference yet! In her spare time, Ada can be found hiking to Garibaldi Lake, going broke cafe-hopping in Vancouver, or clearing out her overflowing camera roll. She is eager to welcome this year's delegates!

He was previously the EDII Director for ICBC, and he is passionate about creating an inclusive and welcoming environment. Each year in September, I.C.B.C. hires First-Year Representatives to join the fantastic Executive Team. The I.C.B.C. First-Year Representative position is unique in nature, with each Representative choosing their preferred portfolio to shadow, whilst simultaneously completing the tested I.C.B.C. First-Year Representative program. A testament to the successful nature of the I.C.B.C. First-Year Representative initiative, many alumni have gone to pursue careers in industries – such as Accounting, Investment Banking and Consulting – at top firms around the world.
