I.C.B.C. has always been, and is, a proudly student-run competition. Our Executive Team brings together the best and brightest in the Smith School of Business to help plan all aspects of I.C.B.C.

Zakaria is one of the Co-Chairs for ICBC 2026, and is in his 4th year of university. He was previously the EDII Director for ICBC, and he is passionate about creating an inclusive and welcoming environment. He hopes to bring this to the executive team, and competitors in hopes that ICBC can bring everyone together!

Layla is one of the Co-Chairs for ICBC 2026, and is in her 3rd year of university. She was previously the Finance Director for ICBC, as well as one of the First-Year Representatives. She is excited to meet competitors from around the world and work with a devoted team to host another fantastic year of Final Weekend!

Saba is one of the Senior Advisors for ICBC 2026, and is in her 4th year of university. She was previously the Co-Chair and Operations Coordinator for ICBC 2024 and 2025. Gary is one of the Operations Coordinators for ICBC 2026, and is in his 2nd year of university. He competed previously in QCC 2024. With a penchant for planning and research, Gary looks forward to helping bring ICBC's competitions to new heights with an awesome team.

Each year in September, I.C.B.C. hires First-Year Representatives to join the fantastic Executive Team. The I.C.B.C. First-Year Representative position is unique in nature, with each Representative choosing their preferred portfolio to shadow, whilst simultaneously completing the tested I.C.B.C. First-Year Representative program. A testament to the successful nature of the I.C.B.C. First-Year Representative initiative, many alumni have gone to pursue careers in industries – such as Accounting, Investment Banking and Consulting – at top firms around the world.
