Saba is Co-Chair for I.C.B.C. 2025 and is in her 3rd year of university. She has been involved in Operations since last year and has four years of extensive experience in hosting case competitions. In her free time, she enjoys reading contemporary fiction, hiking, and fostering kittens. She is thrilled for I.C.B.C. 2025!

Belinda is one of the Co-Chairs for ICBC 2025, and is in her 3rd year of the Commerce program. She was last year's University Liaison. She is so excited to meet competitors from all around the world and looks forward to making this year's competition unforgettable!

Senior Advisors

Candice will be one of I.C.B.C.'s Senior Advisors, and is going into her 4th year of university. Candice was previously I.C.B.C.'s People & Culture Coordinator, as well as the 2023/24 Co-Chair. She is ecstatic to work alongside the new team and see how the year will pan out! Fun fact: Candice is learning the ukulele and has a 10-year-old poodle named Latte.

Annika will be one of I.C.B.C.'s Senior Advisors, and is in her 4th year of university. Annika was previously a Digital Strategy Officer, as well as the 2024 Co-Chair! She is excited to work with this year's Executive Team and connect incoming schools, judges, case writers, and companies from across the globe for yet another fantastic year of competition.

Janet will be one of I.C.B.C.'s Senior Advisors, and is in her 4th year of university. Annika was previously a Final Weekend team host volunteer, Q.C.C. Director and University Liaison, as well as a 2023/24 Co-Chair! She is so excited for the upcoming competition and is looking forward to seeing both old and new faces at Final Weekend!

Jer is the Operations Director for ICBC 2025, and is in his 3rd year of University. He is passionate about consumer brands, live performing, and film. He was previously an Operations Coordinator for ICBC 2024, and is excited to meet all the incoming competitors for this year!

Ryan is a Logistics Coordinator for ICBC 2025, and is in his third year of university. Outside of school, Ryan enjoys playing basketball, listening to music, and spending time outdoors! Ryan was a volunteer for ICBC 2024 and hopes to bring this experience forward to ensure that ICBC 2025 is just as amazing.

Susan is a Logistic Coordinator for ICBC 2025, and she is in her 2nd year of Commerce Program. She was a previous competitor in QCC last year. Susan is thrilled to be a part of ICBC family this year! She is looking forward to bringing the best case competition experience to all participants while making long-lasting friendships.

Zakaria is the Experience and Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Indigeneity (EDII) Coordinator for ICBC 2025. Zakaria is in his 3rd year of of the Commerce program at Queen's University. Using his passions in Human Relations, Finance and Consulting, he is excited to personally make the ICBC experience one to remember!

Become our 2024/25 First-Year Representative!

Each year in September, I.C.B.C. hires First-Year Representatives to join the fantastic Executive Team. The I.C.B.C. First-Year Representative position is unique in nature, with each Representative choosing their preferred portfolio to shadow, whilst simultaneously completing the tested I.C.B.C. First-Year Representative program. A testament to the successful nature of the I.C.B.C. First-Year Representative initiative, many alumni have gone to pursue careers in industries – such as Accounting, Investment Banking and Consulting – at top firms around the world.
